Comment: GUYS AND GALS. MANY THANKS FOR THE COMPANY ON BEINN EIGHE THIS SATURDAY 8/7/2009. A GOOD WALK WAS MADE BETTER BY GOOD COMPANY AND A WHOLE LOT EASIER AS FOLLOWING PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING IS LESS STRESSFULL THAN FOLLOWING MAP AND COMPASS IN MISTY WEATHER. PITY THE WEATHER ON TOP WAS NOT AS GOOD AS THE WALK OUT BUT HEY HO I WOULD PROBABLY NOT HAVE GOT THE CHANCE TO MEET YOU GUYS IF VIEWS AND ROUTE WERE CLEAR. THE LIFT BACK TO THE CAR PARK WAS A GODSEND. HOPE ALLIGIN ON THE SUNDAY WAS ALL YOU HOPED IT WOULD BE.HILL WALKING IS A GREAT SPORT, OUR HILLS AND COUNTRY ARE MAGNIFICENT BUT IT'S THE PEOPLE YOU MEET THAT MAKE THIS THE SPECIAL GAME THAT IT IS. Many thanks for the company and kindness shown to me on Beinn Eighe yesterday 8/7/2009.Pity the end and start weather was not matched in the middle walk between the peaks.It was still a good day made better by friendly and welcoming company.
